Surfaces become live, dynamic architectural matter

This design element was conceived to amplify the tactile and sensory dimensions of contemporary interiors. Far more than a mere cladding, the panel interprets vertical surfaces as live, dynamic matter capable of generating depth, rhythm, and a unique interaction with light.

The texture unfolds through a sequence of vertical slats of varying widths, masterfully alternating reliefs and recesses to create an intricate chiaroscuro effect. The result is a visual cadence with a powerful graphic impact, capable of altering the spatial perception of volumes and adding three-dimensionality to furniture: from bespoke boiserie (wall paneling) to wardrobe fronts, bookcases, storage units, and the Limen pass-through door.

The slatted effect thus takes on a less decorative and more architectural interpretation, balanced by a rigorous equilibrium between texture, proportion, and seamless formal continuity.

Manufacturing excellence and tailored precision in every detail

From a construction standpoint, the panel showcases extreme attention to design detail and the highest standards of manufacturing quality. The wood veneer and solid wood options, crafted on a sturdy particleboard core, feature tailored edge-banding on all four sides, engineered to enhance the natural continuity of the wood grain.

The lacquered variants, on the other hand, are developed on an MDF substrate with acrylic sheet coating and Laccoboard technology. This innovative solution allows for a virtually invisible joint between the front and the edge, reinforcing the geometric purity of the design.

To ensure seamless technical integration, the system is available in different thicknesses depending on the application: 22 mm for cabinet doors, 18 mm for boiserie systems, and 30 mm for the exclusive Limen pass-through door, where the sophisticated slatted texture is applied to the front side only, leaving the back completely smooth.

Endless composition possibilities for contemporary interiors

The true strength of this surface lies in its extraordinary design versatility, offering architects and interior designers a sophisticated tool to build contemporary, sensory spaces.

Particularly compelling is the opportunity to pair the slatted texture with completely smooth surfaces. This combination creates a refined textural counterpoint that emphasizes the visual dialogue between solids and voids, light and shadow, 3D reliefs and monochrome finishes. Integrating flawlessly into modular ecosystems, this panel goes beyond mere cladding to actively furnish the space.

It enables the design of fluid, cohesive environments where formal continuity between walls and furniture generates a luxurious, minimalist yet highly expressive atmosphere, capable of enhancing both natural and artificial light.
